These eye candy pastas are definitely not made for eating.

Meet young artist Andre who got the attention of some Filipino celebrities using an out-of-the-box medium to present his art. His primary choice of material? Food, particularly pastas in tomato sauce, cheese and some veggies.

Andre has been creating food art for only two years but he already made a buzz after actresses like Liza Soberano, Kathryn Bernardo, and singer KZ Tandingan were impressed by his pictures of them using food.

His portrait of Pia Wurtzbach wearing her elegant crown remains one of his popular works. He was able to capture her expressive eyes and bright smile just by using only the basic ingredients of a regular fastfood spaghetti.

Andre says it usually takes him about two hours on average to finish each masterpiece. His artwork, however, only lasts for three days and are thus preserved through videos and photographs.
