A device to get rid of your blackheads and whiteheads fast.

That’s the promise of the Panasonic Electric Pore Cleanser.

Beauty Insider had four people try it out and see if it really works.

Hannah Goldstein was the most excited.

“I cannot believe that I have my hands on this,” she tells Beauty Insider. “I have had my eye on this ever since it came out. I think it’s beautiful. I think it’s exactly how technology should be utilized.”

Kevin Priolo found the device interesting.

“Blackheads aren’t super much of a problem but my pores are just generally clogged up here like I have a lot of little bumps that I’m still trying to get under control. It’ll be great if this product could help me out with those,” he says.

Choe Miller experienced a weird feeling while using it.

“It doesn’t hurt,” Miller notes. “But I definitely do feel some pulling and my skin is probably turning red.”

After using it, she gave this warning – be careful not to leave it in one place for too long.

“So it’s been about eight hours since I used the pore vacuum and I just want to show you guys some of the marks it left on my face,” Miller tells Beauty Insider. “You can see on my chin right here and then there’s one about here and then a line, kind of down my cheek right there.”

It didn’t go well also for the others.

“If you do it too often, I feel like you would just be stripping your skin,” Goldstein says. “I don’t have any science to back that up, it’s just a feeling.”

“It kind of seems like it would work at first,” adds Lauren Shamo of Tech Insider. “But then it would be one of those things that would break after a week.”

Only Priolo found it cool.

“I feel like this could actually be really useful especially of you have a whitehead or something,” he concludes. “It could really be satisfying to do, but also really gross.”
