ANGELES PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS GET FREE SUPPLIES

Now in its fourth consecutive year, Angeles City Government, under the leadership of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., has started the distribution of free school supplies to 14,826 public school students in eight city-run schools.


Students received complete school kits that include shoes, socks, t-shirts, and backpacks with supplies.

The initial distribution covered the following schools: Gov. Rafael Lazatin Integrated School, Sapalibutad Elementary School, Pulung Cacutud Elementary School, Epza Resettlement Elementary School, Bonifacio V. Romero High School, Northville 15 Integrated School, and Cutud Elementary School.

Since the program began in 2022, the city government has already provided free school supplies to 286,362 public school students.

This initiative continues to support Angeleño students by giving them a head start each school year—ensuring no child is left behind.

“Walang batang Angeleño ang maiiwan pagdating sa larangan ng edukasyon,” the mayor added.

Distribution to other public schools will continue until June 27.

The city’s distribution team is supervised by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, with the help of Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (ACEDIPO), headed by Irish Bonus-Llego, and the City Nutrition Office led by Francis De Guzman.
