ALBANO, DY SWORN IN AS ISABELA GOVERNOR, VICE GOV

Governor Rodolfo “Rodito” Albano III and Vice Governor Francis Faustino “Kiko” Dy were sworn into office at The Capital Arena in the City of Ilagan.

Albano took his oath before President Judge Grace Manaloto of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 18, in the City of Ilagan, while Dy was sworn in by the governor himself.

Albano, who ran unopposed, is now serving his third and final term as governor.

Kiko Dy begins his first term as vice governor.

Dy, also elected unopposed, begins his first term as vice governor.

In his inaugural address, Albano acknowledged the vital role of public servants and citizens in shaping the province’s future.

“To our dedicated officials and team members, your commitment and hard work have been the backbone of our progress.”

Building on this message, Dy expressed gratitude to Albano for his transformative leadership and conveyed his optimism for Isabela’s continued development under their administration.
