First District Pampanga Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. strongly condemned the killing of an Angeleña nail technician, who was found dead recently in her home in Barangay Lourdes Sur East, Angeles City.
Lazatin is offering a P50,000 cash reward, out of his own pocket, for any information on the nail tech’s killer.
“I am urging our police to exhaust their resources in solving this case and apprehending the perpetrator.”
“There is no room in Angeles City and the First District of Pampanga for such lawless acts. Hindi natin pwedeng palampasin ang insidenteng ito,” the neophyte legislator said. “I am urging our police to exhaust their resources in solving this case and apprehending the perpetrator.”
“Ako po mismo ay magbibigay ng 50,000 pesos na pabuya.”
“Ako po mismo ay magbibigay ng 50,000 pesos na pabuya sa sino mang makakapagbigay ng impormasyon tungkol sa may kagagawan ng krimeng ito,” the lawmaker added.
He also sent financial aid to the victim’s family, which he personally funded.
The nail tech, identified as 25-year-old Chinnie Mae Rosete, was found lifeless in her own room on the morning of July 4, 2025.
It was reported to Angeles City Police Station 6 and the station immediately deployed personnel to the scene of the incident.
