The Provincial Government of Samar once again demonstrated its strong commitment to providing sound governance and transformative leadership, earning a spot among the Local Governance Champions in the Regional Champions for Good Local Governance (RCGLG) Assessment conducted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region VIII.
Governor Sharee Ann Tan expressed her appreciation for the award and extended her gratitude to the men and women who tirelessly implement the programs and projects of the province that endeavor to uplift the lives of Samarnons.
