The Anilag Festival Level Up 2026 officially concluded in Laguna with a spectacular grand finale headlined by Filipino rock icon Bamboo, as thousands of Lagunenses gathered for a full day of esports, sports, dance, and music celebrations.
Spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Laguna under Governor Sol Aragones, with preparations led by the Laguna Tourism, Culture, Arts and Trade Office (LTCATO), the festival’s sixth and final day featured the Mobile Legends tournament, the first-ever All Star Basketball Game, the Cheer Dance Competition, and a star-studded concert bringing together youth, local leaders, and performers in a powerful showcase of talent, unity, and innovation.
From morning competitions to an electrifying evening concert, the Laguna Sports Complex and Capitol grounds transformed into dynamic venues of celebration, highlighting the province’s commitment to inclusive development through sports, digital innovation, and cultural expression. The strong collaboration between government, private partners, and communities was evident throughout the day, marking a successful culmination of Laguna’s flagship festival.
One of the major highlights was the Mobile Legends tournament, which gathered 90 teams composed mostly of young players. Organized in partnership with Smart Communications, Inc., the competition showcased the growing influence of esports among the youth, promoting teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking. Team Cyrax Zero Gravity emerged as champion, followed by Team Mix and Match as first runner-up and CCC Arise Esports as second runner-up.

The first-ever Anilag All Star Basketball Game also drew massive attention at the Laguna Sports Complex Gymnasium, featuring an exciting mix of PBA MotoClub members, local chief executives, and guest players from various leagues.
The exhibition game highlighted camaraderie and sportsmanship, with participation from mayors across Laguna and personalities including actor-athlete Ronnie Alonte. The match ended in an exciting tie, leaving fans thrilled and inspired.
The lady governor reiterated her administration’s commitment to strengthening sports programs in the province.

Meanwhile, the Cheer Dance Competition showcased the energy, creativity, and discipline of student performers from across Laguna. The City College of Calamba – Valiants Pep Squad claimed the championship title, followed by STI Santa Rosa – Blazing Lion Pep Squad and JZGMSAT Angels Pep Squad. The event celebrated not only athleticism but also teamwork and school pride among the youth.
As night fell, the festival reached its peak with a grand finale concert led by Bamboo, whose electrifying performance captivated thousands of attendees. Joined by local artists such as Bendeatha and other homegrown talents, the concert highlighted Laguna’s thriving music scene. The celebration became even more special as it coincided with Bamboo’s birthday, adding a heartfelt moment to the evening.
Aragones expressed her gratitude to the public, stating, “Maraming salamat, mga minamahal na Lagunense, kayo ang puso ng tagumpay ng Anilag 2026,” acknowledging the overwhelming support that made the festival a success.
The night concluded with a dazzling fireworks display, symbolizing the triumphant end of a week-long celebration that blended tradition with modern entertainment.
