Senator Bong Go congratulated the Municipality of Sindangan in Zamboanga del Norte and its local government officials as he welcomed the formal opening of the newly completed Super Health Center in Sindangan.
Guided by his advocacy to strengthen healthcare access in every community, Go highlighted the importance of expanding public health services closer to the grassroots.
“Kapag may sakit po ang pamilya, lalo na ‘pag emergency, hindi na dapat pinuproblema kung saan tatakbo para magpagamot.”

“Mas mabuti kung may maasahan na serbisyong pangkalusugan dito mismo sa Sindangan,” the seasoned lawmaker added.
The senator reiterated that Super Health Centers reflect his continuing health reforms crusade—a vision of strengthening primary care, diagnostics, and early intervention for Filipinos regardless of income or location.
Super Health Centers are designed to focus on primary care, consultation, and early detection, further strengthening the healthcare sector in the country, especially in grassroots communities.
Free consultations would be handled by municipal health offices, local government units, and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) through its Konsulta program.

Through the concerted efforts of Go, fellow lawmakers, the Department of Health (DOH), led by Secretary Teodoro “Ted” Herbosa, and local government units, adequate funding was allocated for the establishment of more than 700 Super Health Centers nationwide.
The senator acknowledged the efforts of Mayor Glona Labadlabad and other local officials, who welcomed the new facility.
“Ang serbisyong pangkalusugan ay karapatan ng bawat Pilipino kaya gagawin natin ang lahat para mas maparami pa ang Super Health Centers sa bansa,” underscored Go who is known for his compassionate service to Filipinos in need.
