‘WONDER BOY’ VISITS GAB AHEAD OF MAY 16 FIGHT

World Boxing Organization (WBO) world-rated No. 2 in the Super Bantamweight Division, Carl Jammes “Wonder Boy” Martin made a courtesy visit to Games and Amusements Board (GAB) Chairman Francisco Rivera.

Wonder Boy was accompanied by his father and trainer, Abel Martin, at the GAB Central Office in Makati City.

The undefeated Ifugao professional boxer has an impressive boxing record of 27 bouts with 20 knockouts.

Together, they discussed preparations for the much-anticipated 12-rounder fight against fellow Filipino professional boxer Carlo Demecillo, scheduled for May 16, 2026 at the Philippine Marine Corps in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The chairman commended the father and son boxing tandem.
