The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) unveiled its upgraded official website during its flag raising ceremony, providing consumers and stakeholders with improved access to energy-related information, regulatory issuances, online services, and other public resources.
The revamped website supports the Commission’s continuing efforts to modernize its digital services and make regulatory information more accessible to the public.
Developed by the Planning and Public Information Service-Management Information Systems Division (PPIS-MISD), in coordination with the various Services and Offices within the ERC, the platform features improved navigation, updated content, and interactive tools.
PPIS Director Atty. Heiddi Venecia Barrozo said the enhanced platform marks a step forward in strengthening the Commission’s connection with the public and its stakeholders.
“We proudly launch the improved website of the ERC—a significant step forward in making the Commission more accessible, responsive, and connected to the public and our stakeholders.”

Meanwhile, the enhanced sector pages also feature interactive Generation and Distribution maps, generation company and facility information, NGCP project status, distribution utility directories, supply-related resources, and a dedicated Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) page with access to Market Monitoring Reports. Key procurement and transparency documents have likewise been reorganized for easier access.
For consumers, the new Consumer Corner provides a searchable Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section and access to consumer-related issuances. The website also features ASK ERiC, an AI-powered tool for interactive access to ERC-related information, which is currently under development and will be available soon.
Chairperson and CEO Atty. Francis Saturnino Juan underscored the Commission’s commitment to harnessing digital platforms to improve public access to information and strengthen engagement with its stakeholders.
