The event was spearheaded by the Municipal Government of Santa Cruz under the leadership of Mayor Benjo Agarao, in close partnership with the Provincial Government of Laguna led by Governor Sol Aragones.
It brought together a diverse community of restaurateurs, food artisans, entrepreneurs, cultural advocates, and residents who share a deep passion for preserving Laguna’s distinct identity through its cuisine and traditions.
In his remarks, Agarao extended heartfelt gratitude to the Provincial Government, to Aragones, and all those who lent their time and talent to make the festival possible.
Department of Tourism – CALABARZON Regional Director Marites Castro also graced the occasion and delivered an inspiring message.

The Provincial Government’s strong backing of the festival aligns with a clear directive from the lady governor.
