The Provincial Government of Bohol has begun its preparations after the province was selected as one of the official venues for the ASEAN 2026 meetings.
According to Bohol Governor Aris Aumentado, the provincial government already conducted a series of preparatory meetings involving various government agencies to ensure smooth coordination and the delivery of quality services for delegates and visitors.
“Hosting the ASEAN meetings will not only further strengthen the province’s tourism industry but also contribute to economic growth.”

The governor emphasized that safety and security remain top priorities as the province readies itself for the international event.
