DY GRATEFUL FOR 15 YEARS IN ISABELA GOV’T

Outgoing Vice Governor Faustino “Bojie” Dy III delivered a heartfelt message of gratitude to the people of Isabela for their trust and support throughout his nearly 15 years of service in the Provincial Government of Isabela.

He noted that the provincial government, under the administration of Governor Rodito Albano, worked hard to uplift the lives of the citizens, particularly marginalized farmers.

He proudly shared the impact of the BRO for Education Program, which now covers over 30,000 scholars.

Dy emphasized key initiatives such as zero-interest loans for startup businesses, strong cooperative support systems to fight poverty, and livelihood opportunities for farmer housewives who want to raise livestock.

He further recalled that the BRO Health Program and BRO Crop Insurance have likewise provided vital assistance to families in need.

Isabela, Dy noted, has gained recognition for its disaster preparedness and was honored as a Hall of Famer in the Gawad KALASAG.

Hall of Famer ang ating probinsya.”

Hall of Famer ang ating probinsya. Marami tayong natanggap na parangal at pagkilala,” he said.

Dy also emphasized that many now look up to the province because of its pioneering programs.

“Lahat ay tumitingala sa probinsya. Tayo lang ang nagbibigay ng libreng bigas,” he said.
