Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso visited the Antonio Regidor Elementary School in District III and Hermenegildo J. Atienza Elementary School in Baseco to personally see the situation of the evacuees being sheltered there.
According to the report by the Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW), the two temporary evacuation sites had the most number of evacuees with A. Regidor ES having 168 families or 609 individuals, and H.J. Atienza ES housing 148 families or 641 individuals in total.

Domagoso also said during his interview with the media that Manila Health Department Oficer-in-Charge Dr. Grace Padilla has ordered a high alert status to all six public hospitals of the city.
