The Party-List Coalition Foundation, Inc. (PCFI), representing the largest organized bloc of party-list lawmakers in the House of Representatives, has issued a manifesto expressing “continuous and unwavering support” for Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III, praising his stabilizing leadership and commitment to transparency and institutional reform.

In a manifesto dated 24 November 2025, the PCFI—led by Rep. Jon “Bong” Teves Jr. (TGP), President of the Coalition; Rep. Felimon Espares (COOP-NATCCO), Executive Vice President; Rep. Bryan Revilla (Agimat), Internal Vice President; and Rep. Raymond Democrito Mendoza (TUCP), Vice President for Operations and PCFI Trustee—said the Speaker has provided “steady, unifying leadership at a time of divisiveness,” adding that his approach “focuses on bridging differences rather than deepening divides.”

The coalition stressed that party-list representatives, who carry the voices of marginalized and underrepresented sectors, value leadership that promotes “inclusivity, stability, and genuine collaboration.”
The manifesto states that Speaker Dy has consistently encouraged dialogue and reduced tensions within the chamber, helping maintain an environment where reform-oriented legislation can move forward.
“Our continued support reflects our confidence in his ability to guide the House with fairness and transparency during a crucial period for our nation,” said the PCFI wrote, emphasizing that the Speaker’s leadership ensures that Congress remains focused on reforms that “uplift communities, protect democratic processes, and advance the welfare of every Filipino family.”
The manifesto, signed by over 40 lawmakers from various sectoral groups, underscores the coalition’s belief that transparency, institutional reform, and people-centered legislation are essential pillars of Bagong Pilipinas—and that Speaker Dy has been steadfast in pushing these priorities.
