The Local Government Unit of Tuba in Benguet signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Helping Hands Healing Hearts Ministries Philippines, Inc. at the Municipal Conference Hall, formalizing a partnership to expand assistance to children in need.
Helping Hands is a non-government organization that offers safe refuge, medical care, and psychosocial support for children in crisis situations.
Mayor Clarita Sal-ongan expressed gratitude to Helping Hands for selecting Tuba as a partner in their mission to support vulnerable children.
The MOA outlines how both parties will collaborate in providing medical and psychosocial assistance to abandoned, neglected, and indigent children.

Tuba LGU will also assist in referrals, case coordination, and support for events hosted by the NGO.
