Camarines Sur Governor Lray Villafuerte visited Google Philippines to champion digital transformation in his province.
“It was a privilege to visit one of the world’s top tech conglomerates and meet its inspiring, results-driven woman country manager,” Villafuerte said.
The governor was referring to Jennifer Ligones who was appointed on July 10, 2025.
“As Governor of CamSur, I am committed to building a future-ready, AI-ready province — where our youth and workforce are empowered with the latest tools, platforms, and digital education to thrive in the global economy,” he added.
Villafuerte is pushing for CamSur’s Tech Revolution to make the province future-ready.
“We’re pushing hard — because the faster we act, the sooner we give our people a fighting chance to succeed and lead.”

According to Villafuerte, more things will be happening soon.
