4 HALLOWEEN EVENTS YOU CAN JOIN IN TOWN

Halloween, it’s that time of the year when kids and kids-at-heart can dress up. Be whatever they want and be whoever they want to be. Two years from our pandemic-ridden days, many of us have surely missed the fun and excitement of celebrating the season. But thanks to medical advancements and the seemingly improving pandemic situation, we can slightly afford to step out and have some moments to enjoy doing things outside the confines of our homes.

If you happen to be one of those who love Halloween, check out these events within Metro Manila. Whether you prefer to enjoy it by yourself, with friends, or family, these events will help you get that spooky vibe you have been dying to experience, no pun intended.

The Mind Museum

Science tricks made spooky? Who wouldn’t want that? The Mind Museum & BGC Arts Center online invites kids ages 4 to 8 for a fun-filled day using ooey-gooey oobleck, mind-bending optical illusions, and invisible ink.

Shoot a message to @BGCArtsCenter for more information and how you can and your kids can join the event. The Zoom activity will be on Saturday, October 30, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Ayala Malls Glorietta

Looking for some eerie-sistible Halloween experience? Drop by at Ayala Malls Glorietta and visit their Halloween Boo-levard. You can use the promo code TRIPORTREAT for a P50 discount on your GrabCar ride to and from participating Ayala Malls from October 25-31.

You may shop for some Halloween treats at Glorietta’s Boo-levard fair at the Activity Center.

Bonifacio High Street’s Spook Street

Balete Drive out, Spook Street in! Happening on October 30-31, Bonifacio Global City will trick or treat visitors on wheels through a drive-by Halloween experience. For a minimum purchase of P1,500, you can have access to Spook Street. You will be given a loot bag soon as you enter a mystery tunnel with spooky surprises.

Araneta City’s Halloween activities

Araneta City will be having their version of drive-thru trick or treat for kids and, well, kids from ten to twenty years ago. You will get a free goodie bag for every P1000 single receipt purchase dated October 26-30 from any establishments in Araneta City.

Have a taste of Halloween again this year with these events in the metro. There are also virtual events happening, so be on the lookout! Happy trick or treating!
