Meanwhile, Lagman extended his full support to Duka-Castillo by joining the launch on May 5.

During the interview, the governor congratulated her and the people behind the initiative, as he believes that through this realization, every Albayano will be well informed and rejectors of fake news.

“Matagal na natin na inaasam-asam ito, and thank you for this effort.”

“Matagal na natin na inaasam-asam ito, and thank you for this effort. This is a very good stage and avenue na makasagap sila ng makatotohanan na balita. The PIO is for all Albayanos,” he said.

“This is the first time the PIO has launched such a program, and it’s an idea whose time has come, especially in the backdrop of the digital age that arrived at the close of the 20th century and continuously intensified at the advent of the new millennia in 2000,” Lagman added.
