Laguna Governor Sol Aragones went to Enchanted Kingdom in Santa Rosa City, to join thousands of teachers in celebrating “National Teachers’ Month.”
Aragones went to the program and expressed the Provincial Government’s support for teachers and education.
Warmly welcomed by teachers from various towns and cities of the province, the lady governor shared the support of the Provincial Government for teachers and education.
“Naniniwala ako na ang dekalidad na edukasyon ay isang sagot sa kinabukasan ng lalawigan.”
“Malapit sa puso ko ang mga guro at ang edukasyon dahil naniniwala ako na ang dekalidad na edukasyon ay isang sagot sa kinabukasan ng lalawigan,” she said.
Aragones also shared the ongoing collaboration of the Provincial Government with the Department of Education and Secretary Sonny Angara for programs such as the construction of new school buildings and facilities for students and teachers to ensure the continuous provision of quality education in the province of Laguna.
The teachers who attended the gathering and program expressed their gratitude and support.
“Masaya po kami sa mga programa ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan at ni Gob. Aragones — hindi lamang po sa health pati na rin po sa aming sektor — sa edukasyon, mga mag-aaral at sa aming mga guro,” they said.
