Laguna Governor Sol Aragones led in Los Baños the launch of the provincial government’s Free Flu Vaccine initiative.
This is the first batch of thousands of Lagunenses who will receive the free flu vaccine in the province.
This is part of the many healthcare and medical services that Aragones and the Provincial government aims to bring to the people of Laguna for free.
During the vaccination rollout, the lady governor was also joined by Los Baños Mayor Neil Andrew Nocon and members of the Municipal Board and Council, who expressed their gratitude to her and the provincial government for the initiative that enabled the residents of Los Banos to be vaccinated, especially in this time where people are prone to viruses and illnesses.
“Walang Lagunense ang dapat magkasakit – lalo na ngayong tag-ulan,” Aragones stressed.
“A healthy population is equivalent to a healthy and growing province.”
She reiterated that health is a priority for her and the Lagunenses as she believed that a healthy population is equivalent to a healthy and growing province.
Aragones mentioned the ongoing programs that are also given to the municipalities that will soon be delivered to other municipalities and cities as well, these programs include the Free Laboratory Tests and Free maintenance and other medications which in fact are being held simultaneously in other municipalities.
