DPWH FINISHES IBP BUILDING IN AURORA

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) strengthened the presence of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in Baler, Aurora by providing a new office building for its members and personnel.

DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan, citing a report from DPWH Regional Office 3 Director Roseller Tolentino, said that a two-storey multi-purpose building (MPB) was completed in Barangay Suklayin to serve as the branch office of IBP in the locality.

The newly-built MPB is equipped with two counseling rooms, conference room, library, research area, secretary’s room, president’s room, two storage rooms, three comfort rooms, and a roof deck.

Through the new IBP Hall, DPWH is supporting the national organization of lawyers in bringing closer its legal expertise and services to Filipinos in Aurora province.

The construction of the building was implemented by the DPWH Aurora District Engineering Office (DEO) in the amount of P4.95 million funded under the 2023 General Appropriations Act (GAA).
