Cristo for the first segment and the asphalt resurfacing on the 1.35-kilometer, four-lane portion from Barangay Sto. Domingo to Barangay Sto. Rosario for the second segment.

To further improve road safety, the DPWH also installed solar-power studs which illuminate at night.

The project also involved the application of thermoplastic pavement markings on the road surface to better guide motorists during night and in times of adverse weather when road visibility is low. To further improve road safety, the DPWH also installed solar-power studs which illuminate at night.
