After two years of celebrating the annual Ramon V. del Rosario-College of Business (RVR-COB) Week in a virtual setting, De La Salle University (DLSU) once again welcomes the weeklong tradition of the biggest college in the university with the theme “MagnifiCOB: Embracing Magnificence” from November 28 to December 2, 2022, to showcase the magnificence of the renowned academic programs under the mentioned college.
MagnifiCOB 2022 is a carnival-themed event that aims to unite the Lasallian community through various festivities that further enhance students’ identity and skills, and celebrate the enchanting magnificence and potential of our nation’s future business leaders from the college. In making this event a success, the Business College Government, RVR-COB Departments, PROBE Organizations, and BLAZE units work closely together to give the best on-site RVR-COB Week experience.
The weeklong activity will be welcomed by the MagnifiCOB 2022: Opening Parade on November 23, 2022, wherein students and faculty members will be invited to celebrate the commencement of the event. On the week itself of the celebration, festivities such as the MagnifiCOB Carnival and Business Convention will also be brought to life in which these serve as an avenue for students to further spark their interests and look beyond the opportunities under the RVR-COB academic programs through a series of talks and workshops.
Stay on the lookout as well for the Entrep Cup, a competition that seeks to enrich student entrepreneurs or DLSU hustlers in showcasing their business enterprises on campus. As the culminating activity of the weeklong tradition, be prepared to witness our magnificent academic program representatives for The Magnificent One, a competition showcasing the students of RVR-COB through highlighting the diversity in beauty and culture of the college. The
Magnificent One will be held on December 1, 2022, for the Coronation Night.
