JOBSEEKERS TROOP TO BACOLOD CITY JOB FAIR

More than 6,700 jobs were up for grabs in Bacolod City during a job fair held at Robinsons Place Bacolod.

For two-days, 55 companies participated in the employment event organized by the city government through the Public Employment Services Office (PESO) and the Department of Labor and Employment.

“Inviting all job seekers to our job fair. There are 6,760 job vacancies waiting to be filled up,” Mayor Albee Benitez said in a Facebook post.

“The job fair saves applicants time and money because they can choose among the companies in one convenient location.”

Among the job openings are positions in call center firms, pharmaceutical companies, banks, hospitals and breweries.

This is the second job fair organized by the local government of Bacolod for 2023.

The first one was held in SM City Bacolod last March.
