MANILA LGU GETS 100 SMART TV UNITS FROM PAGCOR

The City Government of Manila received 100 smart television units from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in a donation aimed at supporting the city’s digitalization and public service initiatives.

The donation was formally turned over by PAGCOR Assistant Vice President Eric Balcos and Senior Manager Rydel De Guzman and received by Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso and Vice Mayor Chi Atienza during a ceremony at Manila City Hall.

“The donation reflects the value of collaboration between government institutions in improving services for Manileños.”

The mayor thanked PAGCOR for its continued partnership with the city, saying the donation reflects the value of collaboration between government institutions in improving services for Manileños.

“The smart TVs will complement the city’s ongoing modernization efforts.”

Domagoso said the smart TVs will complement the city’s ongoing modernization efforts as the local government continues to adopt technology to improve operations and public service delivery.

He assured PAGCOR that the donated units, along with other contributions received by the City Government of Manila, would be used responsibly and in ways that directly benefit the city’s residents.
