PADILLA, WIFE MARIEL VISIT MAYON EVACUEES

Senator Robin Padilla and his wife Mariel recently brought hope and help to residents of Albay who were forced to evacuate their homes due to the threat from the unrest at Mayon Volcano.

The Padilla couple visited evacuees who were staying at Anislag Elementary School in Daraga, Albay – where the senator urged them to have faith in God.

The senator added that the government will not abandon them, as shown by the recent visit to Albay of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

Padilla also said he wanted to visit the evacuees.

After his speech, Padilla rendered the song “Wonderful Tonight,” while his wife brought joy to the residents with games.
