PCSO MARKS NATIONAL WOMEN’S MONTH WITH LOTTO PROMO

In celebration of National Women’s Month (NWM) this March, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) gave out free Super Lotto 6/49 tickets to 130 Filipino women lotto players.

Launched last March 8, the “Super Ticket Para Kay Super Pinay” promo coincided with the celebration of International Women’s Day.

Cua said the PCSO will be holding other activities honoring Filipino women in celebration of National Women’s Month.

Under the promo, the first 100 women lotto players from the general public who each bought a lotto ticket with a minimum worth of PHP 10.00 were each given free Super Lotto 6/49 tickets worth PHP 100.00.

Meanwhile, 30 women lotto patrons who each bought a lotto ticket worth PHP 10.00 at any lotto terminal located in all PCSO branch offices nationwide were also each given a free Super Lotto 6/49 ticket worth PHP 100.00.

The PCSO kicked-off its National Women’s Month celebrations last March 6 with Senator Nancy Binay as guest of honor during its Flag Ceremony.

Binay who is known as the “Nanay de Pamilya” of the Senate was one of the authors of Republic Act 11210, or the Expanded Maternity Leave Law, which expanded the allowed maternity leave to 105 days, from the original 60 days, with an additional 30 days of leave with pay if needed.

Meanwhile, Cua said the PCSO will be holding other activities honoring Filipino women in celebration of National Women’s Month.
