The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 2 (PDEA RO2) honored Isabela Governor Rodito Albano for his sustained support for Isabela’s campaign against illegal drugs and his efforts to strengthen drug prevention initiatives across the province.
PDEA RO2 cited Albano’s steadfast commitment to a drug-free community, provision of critical resources, and support for education initiatives.

PDEA RO2 Regional Director Gil Cesario Castro personally presented the Plaque of Recognition at the Provincial Capitol, where it was received on behalf of the Governor by PGI department heads.
Castro recently paid a courtesy visit to Albano, accompanied by the agency’s Assistant Regional Director, Joshua Arquero, and PDEA-Isabela Provincial Officer, Jojo Gayuma.
Castro is from Mallig, Isabela, while Arquero is from Sto. Tomas, Isabela.
