The Top 10 Hotels in Baguio

10 – Baguio Country Club

Further up passing Camp John Hay, a green scenery will greet you before arriving at Baguio Country Club, given the vast 18-hole golf course they have. With excellent customer service and furnished rooms, guests get to cozy up in their European-inspired cottages, some of which gives you a view of the Cordillera Mountain Range and the city. Baguio Country Club has a number of sports and recreation facilities, and some restaurants as well, notably the BCC Bakery which is famous for its Raisin Bread. Tourist spots outside the country club that are within the vicinity include The Mansion, Botanical Garden, and Wright Park, where you can go horseback-riding and enjoy the shops and other activities. During the holiday season, Baguio Country Club usually sets up their Christmas Village, an area devoted to being a small replica of a village, and it features snow machines for full effect. The Christmas Village only runs for a certain period of time, following a schedule of activities.

Being awarded as the cleanest hotel in Baguio City for the past twelve years, Baguio Holiday Villas is definitely a gem in the city, especially when travelling in big groups (like your family or your barkada) where you can get the best value for spacious, comfortable villas. While all are furnished, some of their deluxe villas have their own kitchen where guests can cook their own meals, and all they have to do is walk to Baguio’s Public Market, where they can get fresh produce and save on food costs. If you ever get tired of preparing your own meals, Baguio Hotel Villas has its in-house cafe, although pricey, you get what you pay for with big servings. There are also top-rated restaurants nearby, like Good Taste (known for its buttered chicken) and Cafe By The Ruins (beware of the long lines!) that you must simply try.
