As college entrance examination season approaches, UP Aguman once again brings back one of its flagship educational initiatives, the College Entrance Exam Review (CEER). Guided by this year’s theme, “Tune in to Greatness,” the event aims to help senior high school students navigate the challenges of college preparation through a day of focused learning, guidance, and academic enrichment.
For many students, the journey toward higher education is often accompanied by uncertainty. With multiple examinations, varying admission requirements, and the pressure of making decisions that shape one’s future, it can be difficult to know where to begin. CEER 2026 seeks to address this challenge by providing students with the opportunity to strengthen their foundation and gain a clearer sense of direction as they prepare for the next stage of their academic lives.
The theme “Tune in to Greatness” draws inspiration from the idea of finding the right signal amidst the noise. In an age where students are constantly faced with expectations, distractions, and competing demands, CEER encourages participants to focus on what truly matters: their growth, aspirations, and potential. By tuning out uncertainty and tuning in to preparation, participants are empowered to approach their goals with greater confidence and purpose.
Since its inception, CEER has served as one of UP Aguman’s avenues for extending educational support to students across Pampanga. Through review sessions led by professors from the University of the Philippines Diliman, participants are given access to insights and learning opportunities that help bridge the gap between secondary education and college life. Beyond reviewing concepts and answering practice examinations, CEER seeks to cultivate a mindset of discipline, perseverance, and readiness among its participants.
This year’s CEER will be conducted across two venues. Channel 1 will be held on June 6 at San Isidro Integrated School in the City of San Fernando, while Channel 2 will take place on June 13 at Brightwoods School in Angeles City. Each session is designed to provide a comprehensive review experience that equips students with the knowledge and confidence needed to take on upcoming entrance examinations.
As the broadcast begins, students are invited to tune in to opportunities, growth, and possibility. Through CEER 2026, UP Aguman continues its commitment to empowering the Kapampangan youth by helping them prepare not only for college entrance examinations, but also for the future that awaits them beyond the classroom.
