Ahead of the Maharlika Pilipinas Pickleball Tour (MPPT) Invitational 2026, the Gensan Punchers took their oath before the Games and Amusements Board (GAB) during an Orientation and Oath-Taking Ceremony held at the GAB Central Office in Makati City.
GAB Chairman Atty. Francisco Rivera and ProSports Division Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Dr. Oliver Evangelista warmly welcomed the team and spearheaded the orientation and oath-taking ceremony.
In his message, Rivera reminded the team that being professional athletes and sports practitioners means more than competing and winning. It also means upholding discipline, integrity, commitment, and professionalism both on and off the court.

“Let’s support our professional pickleball leagues, athletes, and teams as they continue to elevate the sport and inspire more Filipinos to join the game,” Rivera added.
