Gratitude saves a broken heart

This is one of the things I’ve heard somewhere in passing. It has stuck with me for a very long time. I remember that I heard it from a YouTube video. But when I tried to look for it, it no longer exists. Even the channel is no longer found. But I still remember these words.

One research showed that focusing on the positive things to be thankful for every night before bed helps you relax when preparing to sleep.
