She likewise encouraged Capitol personnel to continue serving the public with courtesy and compassion, saying, “Ang lambing lang ni Gov. Sol, ay kasama ko rin kayo sa pag-aalaga sa ating mga kababayan. Kaya dito sa Kapitolyo, huwag magtataray o magsusungit. At dahil diyan, importante ring masaya kayo.”

The celebration also featured cultural performances and the Group Dance Fitness Contest among Capitol employees. Cluster D emerged as Champion and Best in Costume, followed by Cluster C as 1st Runner-up, Cluster B as 2nd Runner-up, and Cluster A as 3rd Runner-up.
